Legal Dynamix provides various informational and educational materials for free on this website (see in particular the Legal Basix platform), subject to the terms mentioned in these terms of use. Information collected
We collect personal information from you and other visitors to this website through the Log In link, and for this we may gather your name, surname, email address (work and/or personal), password to register, and/or telephone number. Other than this, we do not store or capture personal information but simply log your IP address (this is the technical standard which ensures messages get from one host to another and that the messages are understood) which is automatically recognised by the web server.

Sale of business
In the event that the business is sold or integrated with another business, your details may be disclosed to our advisors and any prospective purchasers' advisers and will be passed onto the new owners of the business but subject to suitable confidentiality provisions.
Governing law and other legal stuff
These terms will be governed by, and interpreted in line with, South African law. You agree that the South African courts will have full authority to settle any dispute that may arise out of or in connection with these terms and specifically the courts located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Address for Notices and Service of Legal Process: All legal notices must be delivered to our registered address as per any agreement entered into for specific services or otherwise by way of the website email address: info@legaldynamix.co.za. In the latter instance, delivery shall be deemed to have occurred when the email is acknowledged by Legal Dynamix.
No legal service shall be validly effected by fax or verbally done or in other instances not specified as above.
Legal Dynamix shall be entitled from time to time to vary its physical address for service to any other physical address within the Republic of South Africa by making the relevant update to these terms of use.
If any court having the appropriate authority finds that any of these terms of use are not valid, this will not affect the validity of any of the other terms in this notice. If you or we fail to take advantage of any right we have under these terms, it does not mean you or we are giving up that right (the so-called “no indulgence, no waiver right”).
Should no other agreements be entered into between Legal Dynamix for products and/or services, or any other types of agreements, then the terms of use contained herein constitute the entire agreement between us and no prior discussions (verbal or in writing/email, etc), documents (soft or hard copy), representations, etc shall be binding on Legal Dynamix.
The legal rule that the terms shall be interpreted against the party that drafted them shall have no application to these terms of use (the so-called contra proferentem rule).
The terms of use may be varied at any time by us without providing any notice to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that the most recent terms of use is read and understood by you and such recent terms shall at all times apply.
