If you have a temporary or fixed duration requirement for a head of legal/general counsel due to a vacancy or temporary absence of the incumbent, we can fill the position for a defined period (non-employee) until the position is filled or the incumbent has returned.

 

We have a complete understanding of the requirements of a head of legal - management of commercial matters, legal teams, law firm engagement, dispute and litigation management, advising the board and working with a cross-spectrum of departments (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance, tax, real estate, BBBEE, M&A, internal investigations, trade sanctions, etc), and working collaboratively with senior management, exco and the board.
